Andrea Obiso

By: Max Craig

You may have seen our video featuring Andrea Obiso playing Guarneri’s 1741 violin at the Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia, but such a unique experience is only the tip of the iceberg for Andrea. This Italian violinist has traveled the world over, performing his gift for all cultures. Andrea played a Mozart Sinfonia in Mexico city with Roberto Diaz and the Orchestra Eduardo Mata, the Union Club Gala in New York City, in Nagoya, Japan, and Munich, Germany, to name a few. The Carmen Sandiego of violin, Andrea Obiso has performed pretty much everywhere.
